Made for finance, payroll, and operations teams

One report in. Every page in the right inbox.

DocBurst takes the long PDFs your accounting and reporting systems produce, separates each page, and quietly delivers it to the right person, and shows you exactly where every page will go before anything is sent. No more printing, splitting, and forwarding by hand.

Why DocBurst

Stop splitting reports by hand.

If your team still prints, splits, and forwards the same monthly report every cycle, DocBurst replaces that with one upload. The work is done in seconds and your documents never leave your control.

Hours saved every cycle

A document that takes an afternoon to split, label, and email by hand is finished in under a minute. Your team is freed to do work that matters.

  • One upload replaces an afternoon of clicking
  • No printing, no PDF tools, no spreadsheets
  • Every recipient gets their page automatically

Documents never stored

We process your report in memory and dispose of it the moment the last page is delivered. Nothing is kept, archived, or copied to a database.

  • No long-term storage of your documents
  • No copies left on our servers after delivery
  • Audit-friendly by design

Email and print, in one run

Every burst produces both an email delivery and a print-ready bundle. The bundle is a single ZIP with one PDF per recipient plus a mailroom-ready manifest, so postal delivery works from the same click.

  • Per-recipient PDFs, named cleanly
  • CSV manifest your mailroom software can import
  • Signed delivery ledger for every run

What no simple sender does

Three things that turn "send that report" into a solved problem.

01

Customer directory lookup

Your reports carry account numbers, not email addresses? Connect your existing customer directory once, and DocBurst reads the current email for every account at run time. Nothing new to maintain, ever.

02

Anchor map

Draw a box around the account number on a template page. DocBurst reads the same spot on every future report. Combined with your directory this delivers 100% of pages, even when nothing on the page looks like an email.

03

Tamper-evident ledger

Every run finishes with a signed delivery record you can hand to an auditor. If a single row is altered later, the downstream signature stops matching. Compliance teams can breathe.

How it works

Three quiet steps. None of them involve your IT team.

01

Upload one document

Drag the report your accounting or reporting system already produces into DocBurst. There is nothing to install and nothing for your team to learn.

02

We separate every page

DocBurst reads the document the way a person would, identifies the recipient already printed on each page, and prepares an individual delivery for each one.

03

Every page reaches its owner

Each page is delivered straight to the person whose name is on it. You see a summary when the run is finished and the document is wiped from our memory.

Preview before you send

Nothing leaves until you have seen exactly where it is going.

Most tools split a report and fire it off, and you find the mistakes in people's inboxes. DocBurst shows you the full routing plan first: every page, every recipient, and the rule that matched, and keeps an audit record of every burst afterwards.

  • Routing rules you control

Read the address printed on each page, add "if the page mentions ACME, send to their AP inbox" routes, set a fallback, and restrict recipient domains.

  • A full dress rehearsal

The preview is the exact plan that will be dispatched: pages with no recipient or a blocked domain are held back and clearly flagged, never guessed.

  • An audit trail for every burst

Afterwards you can show, page by page, what was delivered, what was held, and why. The record keeps the routing, never your documents.

Live preview

From a 500-page report to inboxes in under a minute.

Scroll to walk through a real send. You see the workspace come up, the live progress, and the confirmation when every page has reached its owner.

  1. Your workspace opens with the send already underway.
  2. A clear progress view shows how the run is going.
  3. A summary confirms every page reached its owner.

Built for sensitive documents

We treat your reports the way your auditors expect us to.

DocBurst was designed with confidential documents in mind. We do not store, archive, or share what you upload, and we make it easy to prove that to your security team.

Documents never stored

Your file lives in memory for the length of one send and is wiped immediately after the last page is delivered.

Encrypted in transit

Every connection between your browser, DocBurst, and your recipients is encrypted end to end.

Access requires sign-in

Every send is tied to a verified account. Sessions are checked server-side before a single page is processed.

No third-party copies

We do not share, sell, or hand your documents to anyone. The only place a page goes is the inbox of the person whose name is on it.

Hosted in your environment

DocBurst can run on infrastructure you already pay for so your documents never leave a network you control.

Clear delivery record

Every send produces a simple summary you can keep for compliance: how many pages went out, and what needs follow-up.

Questions

Things teams ask before signing up.

What kinds of documents does this work with?
Any multi-page PDF that already contains the recipient on each page. Statements, invoices, paystubs, vendor remittances, audit confirmations, customer letters. If your reporting system already produces it, DocBurst can deliver it.
How do you know who each page belongs to?
The recipient's email address is already printed on the page, the same way your name and address appear on a statement. DocBurst reads that address and delivers the page to it. If a page does not have one, it is set aside for you to review.
Will my documents be stored anywhere?
No. The document is processed in memory and removed the moment the last page is delivered. There is no archive, no backup copy, and no database we keep your documents in.
Who can start a send?
Only signed-in accounts. Every session is verified server-side before anything is processed, and every send is attributed to the account that started it in the audit history.
Can I check the routing before anything is sent?
Yes, always. Every send starts with a preview that lists each page, the recipient it will go to, and the rule that matched. Nothing is dispatched until you confirm that plan, and every burst leaves an audit record you can refer back to.
What happens if a page is missing a recipient?
That page is set aside and reported in the live view. Nothing is ever sent to a guess or a default address. You can fix the source page and re-run the send.
Do you handle scanned paper reports?
If the scan is searchable (modern scanners produce searchable PDFs by default), DocBurst can read it. If it is a raw image, we recommend regenerating the report from your reporting system so the recipient is captured cleanly.
